2. Price alteration
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
3. Minimum Order
There is no minimum order. The minimum order for free delivery within the country is above 19.000 Ft. If the minimum order for free delivery is not reached, the cost of is shipment is 3.600 Ft incuding VAT.
4. Standard delivery terms
Upon delivery we use the service of DPD Hungária Kft. We will deliver up to 10 working days after your order and 2 working days after your orders has been marked as fulfilled. Tornai Pincészet Ltd will not be held responsible for delivery failures beyond our reasonable control. Please inspect the package when receiving it and if it is damaged, make a report and do not take over the package! 5. Payment terms
Payment is due with order. The date of payment in the webshop is the day when the purchase price and delivery cost are credited to the Service Provider's bank account based on the payment initiated by the Customer by bank transfer or bank card, and in case of cash on delivery when the Buyer pay the shipping cost.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Service provider's right of withdrawal
The Service Provider has the right of withdrawal if the order for a product that has run out of stock has been confirmed. In case of cancellation, the Service Provider will send its statement to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. In case of withdrawal, the Service Provider's customer service may contact the Customer for a negotiation purpose, in order to amend the contract for another product.
7.2. Right of withdrawal as a consumer
If the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, the right of withdrawal belongs to Decree 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II. 26.) on the products purchased in the webshop, as defined below:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This provision shall not affect the consumer's right to withdraw from the date of placing the order until the date of receipt of the product.
In the case of a contract for the sale of a product, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Buyer takes over the product.

8. Supply warranty
In the event of defective performance, you may assert a claim for a warranty against our company in accordance with Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. (Civil Code).

i) Complaint to the consumer protection authority: in the event of an infringement by the Service Provider, the Customer has the opportunity to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority, which decides on the initiation of the consumer protection procedure based on the assessment of the complaint.
ii) Conciliation body: the Buyer has the opportunity to turn to a conciliation body in connection with the quality and safety of the product, the application of product liability rules, the quality of the service and the conclusion and performance of the contract between the parties (consumer dispute); the Service Provider undertakes to cooperate in the conciliation panel proceedings.
